The Internal Complaint Committee in connection with implementation of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act. /2013 was constituted in the office of the Director of Education, Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar vide order No. DE/BTC/Esstt/PF-1/53 dated 30th June 2023 responding to the Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Department of Woman and Child Development vide letter No. E.308086/90 dated 14th June 2023 communicated vide BTC’s letter No. BTC/W & CD-9/2023-24/3 dated 26-06-2023 with the following members.
